Vintage Brass Basket

This is a classic basket made of brass with a moveable handle.  It has cutouts along the outside and a ribbed detail on top and bottom.

It is an oval shape, a perfect, aesthetic piece for storage, whether on an open shelf, a hutch or on a kitchen counter.

This would be an excellent piece to use for storage linens in a vintage bathroom or for children’s toys or books.

It is marked made in India. It does have some wear and patina on inside and one side of handle, shown.
